This is most likely a head gasket failure allowing oil into the coolant passages. Get a pressure ("leak down") test done at a local shop to see if the gasket is leaking. Do it ASAP before it gets any worse. It might be that a re-torquing of the head bolts could resolve the issue (more than a few posts here about loose head bolts on the 2.3LPT).
Also, the turbo is water cooled, and is fed with oil. A failing set of turbo seals might also be the culprit.
