I'm in the process of replacing an integrated key, and actually the price is around $120 for remote, $50 for cut key with shell to accept remote, and $40 for programming. I haven't confirmed these prices yet, as the service/parts dept had difficulty looking up all of the neccesary components and giving me prices. I think that a cut key that doesn't have a shell for the remote is $40.
Considering the difficulty my dealer had getting the parts/prices together, I suspect that yours misquoted $220 for two keys, expect that for one integrated key.
I purchased a remote on ebay, wanted it programmed at the same time I had car in last week for 20k service, didn't realize that they needed a valid cut key to go with it, thought that I could do that later. Now I have to wait for cut key/shell to come in, and take car back in. They told me less than a week for key from SAAB.
