There is a model of KoniSports for th 9-5 Front, which DOES involve a strut bolt-on and cutting... # 86-2599.
There is a newer version part # 87-2622 which does not.
So: # 86-2599 ... bad.
# 87-2622 ... good.
Some sites I've noticed only carry the older version...probably picked them up cheap. The rears have gone unchanged. Also, these are NOT gas shocks...but twin-tube hydraulic. Shame on Shox.com for telling me they were gas and indentical with Bilsteins..which were out of stock.
