I have been treated so well by my dealer here in Kansas City that I felt I must share the news with you. I have a 2002 9-5 ARC V6 wagon. 18,000 miles. George's Imports, 8011 State Line Rd, http://www.kcsaab.com is my dealer.

Just today I took the car in for oil& filter, and gave them a list of things to look at. Coolant leak reported: they found a leaking seal on the oil cooler, and repaired it (major job as I understand it). They replaced the SID (one row of lights was out). They repaired the reverse tilt-down mirror, by finding a loose wire. They installed a foam insert to fix a rattling cup holder. They put 2 servicemen on the job to get me out in one day.
And they washed the car. (Which is not normal for them.)
All I paid for was the oil & filter change.

George's is a long time family owned business, no fancy fixtures, but they've lived up to their reputation with me. If you're the KC area and need help, I wouldn't hesitate to call them.
