Serious corrosion problem, 03 Aero !!!

There is a corrosion problem with/at the wheels. There is a groove in the hub bore of the alloy wheels. Water gets in past the center caps, moreso with pressure washers. That water lies in the groove. When spinning it will get distributed around the groove, but when stopped it collects at the bottom of course.
Now the new production has a lot of grease at the hub, and new service practice wants grease put there as well. This does not allow water to get out at the hub. Water will may collect on the rear wheels against the bearing cap. The bearing cap is getting corroded too, its plating is failing. Water may get past the bearing hup cap and destroy the bearings. When ,the water can be pressurized against the bearing cap.
The wheel really needs to be drilled to drain any water that collects in that groove. The hole would go from the center of that water trap to depressed location in the wheels hub interface.
New designs need to:
- provide a drain path around the greased hub
- avoid a groove that traps water in the wheel
The grease does not allow the water to get out at the hub interface, moreso at the rear wheels. If the grease were not there, there would still be a problem as the groove in the wheels hub bore will not drain.
Any suggestions on how to get Saab to look at this?
