Sounds like this only happens at idle ???
If so, could be the transient loads and IAC recovery stuff when the A/C compressor kicks in or the rad fan. I don't know if this is auto box or manual trany specific. There have been some issues with idle speed being set with Tech-II to be a bit higher which might have some benefit for this. When that has been done I think that it was to smooth out the idle. And there may be some ECU software updates that can be insalled. I would start with up to date software and see how things are after that. I do not notice any things like this with my 03 Aero 5spd Wagon. It might be happening and I remember it from my 95SET, but it seems to be off my radar with my Aero.
