2000 Saab -- Germay or Sweden is one better

I'm thinking of getting a 2000 Certified Saab SE Wagon.
Are there particulars that I should be aware of (I have searched the list)?
Also, are there known issues between cars built in Germany compared to the ones built in Sweden?
We've obtained a service record for one assembled in Sweden that has had the Microprocessor, elec. adjustable seat switch fixed. It is also noted that an electrical system (part 10003) was repaired based on a customer complaint. Is this a car to stay away from, or because its all been fixed, are we good?
The car assembled in Sweden has cover/o-ring(part 22150), Halogen lamps, W/S wiper blade and a hood lock cable repaced (outside recalls).
Any recommendations would be very, very helpful
