New Owner 2000 SE Wagon: Gas, Oil, additive questions

I'm the newest member to the Saab club. I just picked up a certified 2000 95 SE wagon and drove it back 110 miles to my NYC home. My initial impressions can be summed up in one word "SWEETNESS!" Its one of the nicest cars I've ever driven. I'm impressed by the smoothness on the highway, and the amout of power you have at 75 MPH (thank goodness for cruise control, or I'd be travling at about 100 MPH)
Anyway, I've seen a little chatter about gas. Can some of you V6 owners tell me what octane gas you use. I'm looking to see what my range is (high and the low and what to stay away from too).
Also, my oil was just changed, but can someone suggest oil for me. I live in New York City, so I do a lot of less than 10 mile trips (I will be diligent not to let the engine warm up), what type of oil do you recommend?
Lastly, do any of you V6 owners put any additives in the gas tank (cleaners, etc.)? If so, what and why? Also, if there are some to say away from, I'd appreciate it too.
