Well, I've no experience with those GW3s, but I never owned a set of Goodyear tires that I liked. Had them on all sorts of cars, from a Buick to a Ford to a Honda, and they were all pretty horrible. Then again, Goodyear's latest performance tire (Eagle F1 GS-D3) has been getting good reviews over at Tire Rack.
I'm not so crazy about the original Blizzaks (great snow traction but they wear out much too quickly, and have poor rain traction) but I understand the latest generation (LM-22) have much better wear resistance. My cousin has LM-22s for his RWD BMW and they worked very well for him last winter.
I've driven on Nokia Hakkas and Gislaveds, and they're excellent. Last year's SAAB Gislaveds, in particular, are great in all conditions, even freezing rain! Maybe you can still find a set somewhere?
I have 205s but recommend the 215/55-16 snow tires, they are just a smidge taller and will give you a little bit more rim protection and ground clearance. The front lip spoiler on the Aero is awfully close to the ground.
