Need a part number/part definition (Long)

My wife's 2001 9-5 2.3lpt sedan had a bad weekend while I was behind the wheel. On Interstate 5 (WA) a van in front of me ran over a piece of semi tire tread which I subsequently ran over. The protecter under the motor on the right side under the crank shaft pulley protecting the serpintine drive belt caught on the debris and was pulled back and broke off. Only the part of that protector which goes into the passenger wheelwell is still attached. Can of you provide me with a part number for this protector so I can order and replace?
Here's where it gets even better. Later the same day (yesterday), I was driving the car to a friend's house at dusk. I missed their driveway so pulled into the neighbor's driveway, which rises up steeply from the road. I pulled in too quiclky and scraped the bottom of the bumper cover, knocked loose the passenger fog light, and scraped the crap out of the "spoilers" on the outside corners of the bottom of the front bumper.
I got an estimater for fixing all of it- $1051.80 (yes, that's what insurance is for). I'm contemplating just replacing the protector (hence the p/n request), spoilers and fog lamp myself. As the car is black, the scraped front bumper edge doesn't show too badly.
Happy motoring- drive carefully!
