This is a follow-up to a thread from last week. I mentioned in the past (early 2003) that I had problems with a vibration around 65-70mph. I had the tires balanced twice - once at Saab dealer and again at a tire dealer. In both cases, I did not notice much difference. Through this board (and a follow-up email from another user of the TSN BB)I found out about a high speed balancing system from Hunter. Since my commute to work is all of 3 miles and one traffic light, I do not often get the chance to go 60+ mph so I did not do anything about the vibration. This past weekend I was scheduled to go out of town so I found a tire dealer (Butler Tire in Atlanta) with the high speed balancing equipment. It cost me $140 but it is worth it. The car glides now at 60mph and over. It is so smooth now that I did not notice when I was going 80. Thanks to all who helped with this issue. Let me know if you have questions.
