I would go with the Arc, your back will not like the Aero. The new Arc comes very close in performance to the 2001 Aero with 230hp, I forgot the torque numbers on that one but the auto had to be tuned down, couldn't handle the torque. The new auto can now handle the torque. 220hp and 228lb.ft. vs. 250hp and 258lb.ft for the 2004's. And if you don't care about the upgrades of the premium package you can save alot of dough. Incentives are always higher on the base 4cyl verus the Aero.
