The plug torque for all of the 'classic' I4 engines is 19-20 ft-lb.
Don't forget to put loctite blue on the 4 DI torx screws. If the plug threads are 'dry' and chatter, put a little oil on them, or grease, moly grease would be better if on hand. You could use a little never-sieze, but you don't want to get any of that inside the engine!!! Use shop air or a shop-vac to remove dirt and sand from the spark plug well before you remove the plugs.
The plug gap should be on a sticker over the rad.
I don't have the plug part number memorized. You can read the markings in the old ones when you yank them as well. For modified performance ECU's, it seems that you should not use that plug. It is fine for the stock setup.
