There are a few ways to skin this cat.
pressure at the reservoir
pump, two man process
pump, one man process *
vac at the bleeders
It does not matter too much, as long as you do it right.
There is no sacred method.
* open bleed screw, push in piston's at that caliper, fluid discharges thru tube etc, close bleeder, with block behind petal to limit travel, pump petal to stroke the pads back to the rotor, repeat etc. Some old pads or spacers will allow for more piston travel and faster results. Tedious, but perhaps the best to change the fluid behind the pistons that other methods do not! --- what ever turns your crank, and don't pump the reservoir dry!
