New wheels/brake combo

Hey Gang,
I have had the new wheel/tire/brake combo on for a few weeks now - so I thought I would report in...
I went with ARA- AR1's in 17x8 fitment with my usual Dunlop SP9000's in 225/45-17 size. I was coaxed into trying something other than the EBC Green brake pads, however. I installed the Satisfied "Pro" ceramic pads. They were actually cheaper than the EBC's (not a deciding factor) but came highly recommended and included shims for installation (EBC's rely on lubrication only to avoid the chatter). So far, they have bedded in nicely and have a good bite and nearly zero dust! Go to the Tire Rack to see the rims - they have just been added for Saab (they have been a VW fitment for a while). They meet BBS specs (more importantly TUV specs), come in proper offset and exact bolt pattern (Unlike OZ) and retail for under $200/wheel. They feel dead true at 100mph (I am sure that the Boston potholes will help cure me of that pristine joy). Right now, all is good... my OEM Wheel/tire combo sits idly in the garage waiting for a new home (see classified ad)
Peace
eric
