I've driven Nokia(n) tires for almost 20 yrs north of the border. The Q being a dedicated snow tread, is an excellent choice. This is what I have now (not a Saab, not as lucky as you guys are). I would advise not to go too wide with them, you don't need to, believe me. As any snow tires, getting wider increases their hydro-planing or snow-planing propensity. Keep the wide stuff for the summer where it is more à-propos to show off your vanity. Cornering is also less of an issue in the winter especially when snow is present and when you drive an FWD; these are usually more prone towards understeering, not a great thing in the winter.
They are also excellent dry pavement tires and can handle 140 km/hr practically all day, preferably on a cold day as it minimizes its wear. These tires would last you 6 or 7 yrs if you drive them in winter when the pavement is colder. The Finns have had an edge on snow tires for 20 yrs and their summer versions are excellent, especially in rainy conditions. Happy motoring!
