dash vibration and front tire wear

hi guys,
we've had our Fisher for about 5 months now and enjoying most aspects of the car. Recently I've noticed a buzzing/vibrating sound coming from the front right dash area. Don't really notice anything that's loose...just curious if anyone else has experienced this and has suggestions. Secondly, the front tires seem to be wearing very poorly on the outside tread. I could argue that my wife drives too hard around corners w/ our baby in the car, but I don't think that's the issue. Frankly, I've always felt the Saab leaned too much and had too much brake dive so perhaps the front end's too soft? With only 57k miles, I think the shocks are still fine. Is it worth putting on front sway bars and does that help w/ the tire wear? Thx in advance...this is a GREAT board.
Patrick
