What do you think?

This seems too good to be true, and I'd very much appreciate long timers here to give a educated SAAB Network opinion.
I went to my local dealer tonight and found the following: 2000 9-5 2.3T with 46K miles, CPO, new Kumho Ecsta 711 tires, new battery, new muffler, new amplifier [part # 36711, is this for the sound system?], new SID, and other small misc. It had replacement DI cassette in April '02 that left previous owner stranded [roadside assistance on same date as I look at the vehicle history], replacement ECU, 10K and 30K regular service, and a host of other minor repairs like lamps, three recalls [wheel bolt to alloy wheels, airbag stickers and oil cooler hose], and throttle adjustment. Price: $17500. I would still have 2+ years and 55K left on the CPO. On the surface the list of repairs seems to point to a slightly troubled vehicle, but it drove beautifully and you all know what an allure that is. And the SID and DI cassette have already been replaced, so don't I have reasonable assurance that it won't happen again for a while? I don't know, but it *feels* like a good deal. Any comments would help a lot. Thanks.
