Should I call service now?...

Just got back from a 700 mile Vermont trip. Two incidents of concern on same day. One - no response from power door locks on first try after shutting car off. Two - next time I tried to start the car (about two hours later), no response on first try (although the dashboard lights lit up). Worked fine after that. I'm concerned that I have electrical gremlins - alternator has already been replaced (bad bearing) and two brake lights. Car isn't quite 3 months old, about 5,000 miles. If I schedule service, what do they look for? Assuming the car starts right up, they won't be able "to recreate the problem." I don't want to break down. Any suggestions? I love the car, but I'm nervous. (03 aero SW)
