Turning lamp pops out

Here's a weird one -2002 9-5 Linear Wagon driving at highway speed, I thought something hit the turning lamp, banged it twice and went away. Got home to discover the turning lamp assembly dangling by the cord. I popped it back in, and sure enough, two weeks later it popped out again, this time banging all around the front panel and hood. I called my Saab dealer who offered to take the car in immediately. I went two days later, and they replaced it immediately, with an assembly which they had in stock - the comments at the service desk led suspicious me to suspect that this wasn't the first time this had happened. My friend the sales manager told me one of his customers had it happen on the way home after taking delivery. Anyone else out there??
