I assume you are refering to the top engine mount (passenger's side) supporting the large aluminum yoke. The center bolt on this mount should be torqued to 78 ft-lbs. The rubber donut beneath it will have some play and flex at full torque.
The bolts ecuring the yoke to the engine (4) and the bolts securing the front mount to the car's body (2) should all be torqued to 36 ft-lbs.
Mounts are not too difficult to replace. In fact, the front mount must be removed to change the accessory (serpentine) drive belt at 60,000 mile intervals.
