I was posting about this problem a while back. I was just unable to get comfortable in the seats while driving over 30 mins. I thought it was the seats, but was told that it was actually how I was sitting in the seat. The 9-5 seats are designed to fit every contour of your back. It is all about the positioning of the seats themselves. I can’t remember the exact procedure, but I have found the easiest way to get comfortable is a couple simple steps. First adjust the front edge of the bottom cushion (where your knees bend) up as much as you can. Next, adjust the back cushion forward as much as you can until the upper part of the back cushion just touches each of your shoulders (neck/head support should be almost, but not quite, touching the back of your head). After that, adjust the rear part of the bottom cushion all the way down. Then move the entire seat forward until your knees are bent and just barely touching the pedals. At this time you can adjust the steering wheel as close to you as where your elbows are slightly bent and comfortable. Lastly, adjust the lumbar support out as much as you can until you feel your back naturally touches at all points on the seat. Finally, start over back at the first step, and step by step adjust up, down, back and forth in very little increments until you feel the seat fit like a glove. You generally want to have most of your weight towards your back and then your bottom. If you equal out the weight evenly along the seat it will feel like your most comfortable couch cushion for hours on end! It might take a while to find the "sweet spot" of the seats but its well worth it when you do. After experimented with these Saab seats I have to say that they are the best designed and most comfortable seats I have ever ridden on!
