I have not researched this but if it follows other examples the wiring is there and you will need only the heating pads and the switches to do this or even simpler just buy nice used heated seat bottoms from a junkyard. The wiring for the left seat connects near the left side hinge under the seat so if you flip up the seat and pull off the moulding on the door sill that holds the carpeting down(it just pulls off with a sharp tug) you should be able to reach under the carpet and find the wires.
We once had a customer who wanted heated front seats in a 900. We ordered the heating pads and switches only to discover they were already in the seats and we only had to plug in the heaters and install switches.
