I installed a Peg Perego rear facing infant seat this weekend (the kind with a base and a removable seat/carrier). I put it in the center rear seat and fastened it with the center seatbelt. I would have liked to have used the LATCH system, but it doesn't appear that the 2000 had that yet. Is that right? I saw some anchors under the seat, but they don't appear to be for the LATCH system. Just wanted to see if others had this experience. Also, the seat seems to block the center armrest, but should I get the center armrest tether also? I probably will, but just wanted to see what others have done. Thanks alot.
