not power peak. Automatic Aeros always had the same peak power (at 5300 rpm) as stick, but the 00-01 a/t limited torque to like 240 ft. lb. Starting with '02, the full 258 ft. lb. is available in the a/t models, and both models peak at 250 hp. I credit a more open exhaust as partly responsible for the power increase 9 judging only by ear...
