Hi,
I run 205/65R15 Michelin Arctic Alpins on my 2002 9-5 Linear. They work fine. If you are using one of the newer "ice" tires rather then a traditional deep lugged snow tire then going with 205's is fine, if not preferable, to the 195 width. I was told this by a Nokian tech person a few years back. I any event I live in a area of Canada that gets lots of snow nad ice and I have not had any problems with the 205/65 setup. The extra height and rim protection are all additonal benefits of teh 205 over the 195 as well.
