According to my CPO contract

I am entitled to $30 per day to a $150 max, under the new car warrenty and the cpo agreement, if the car requires 2 hours work or if the car will be held overnight.
I had posted this some time ago. (The link is included.) So it would seem to me that its part of the contract. I think its awfully short sighted for dealers to look at the loaner deal as a loss. It really is a great oportunity to build good will and to bring a cutomer back for more repair work. I can understand having resonable limitations, a dealer can't have an unlimited supply of loaners. And going into a low cost rental isn't any fun for the owner. But to make arbitrary policies like the "if you didn't buy it here..." is really dumb.
