There are several little check valves that typically have failed in older cars, and they are pretty cheap and easy to replace.YOu have to disconnect the under hood insulating panel near the rear end of the hood to expose them.I believe that the ones you will have in your car are gray in color.Replace them all with the newer blue ones and you should be all set. The newer cars should have the blue ones already,in which case you might first check the pump to see if it is actually pumping. When you disconnect the feed hose from the one way check valves and hit the pump you should get a strong flow if washer fluid out the open end of the hose. while you are in doing the surgery,it only pays to do them all at once so you don't end up changing one and doing the other two in a few months.
