9-5's require the black DI cassette only, to mate with the engine's T7 ECU. Use of a Red one may cause serious (expensive!) problems.
Your part number is backwards, see postings from others.
There are two black DI's. The part number (design?) was changed with the 2000 model year. Since your car is a 1999 model it can use either, but why use the old design?
The part number listed in postings is the current/new part number. Owners of 2000 and later models should be wary when buying used DI's to carry as a spare. Make sure you get the current PN.
