Supplier Discount certificates get you a Saab at invoice minus any incentives, either rebates to the customer or "alternative marketing assistance" (i.e., dealer cash). You like "dealer cash" better because it comes of the top line so you don't pay sales tax on the money you get back.
The Supplier Discount Program is a fixed price program. No negotiation is necessary or even permitted. The only better deals around is to be a GM employee or the dealer's brother in law. for Domestic GM products, the "Supplier Discount" is employee price plus some percent.
Saab Loyalty Bonus requires that you have a Saab titled to your name. In the last couple of years, there has been a "GM Loyalty" bonus which was greater than the Saab bonus, but the Saab program is more-less permanent.
