Wife and I are about to buy a new wagon and the 9-5 Arc is pretty much our first choice, however we expect to keep the car for 6-8 years and I'm trying to get a feel for what reliability will be like once the warranty runs out. Others have told me horror stories about expensive turbo failures on late 90's era SAABs. Also, how long has the 5 spd Auto been in production and have the bugs been worked out?

Any common interior/accessory weak points I should keep my eye on?

And what's up with no CD changer option? What's the preferred aftermarket remedy?

Tire wear: Average? Better? Worse?
