Life expectancy of Nokian Hakka Q's

My experience indicates a maximum life of 25,000 miles.
I installed my Q's in Mid-November for their third winter of use. I deliberately placed the best pair on the front axle, noting that the tread depth in the center of the tires was noticeably shallower than the edges. (I follow Nokian's sidewall and Saab's owner's manual recommendations for tire pressure, and rotate too.)
From day of the first snowfall they just didn't seem as connected to the road as past years, and the "acid test" occurred last weekend. For the first time since I purchased them, I couldn't climb the steep snow and ice covered driveway of my Sister-in-law/Brother-in-law.
I drive approximately 10,000 miles each winter during the 4 month period these tires are on the car. Total miles to date would be approx 25,000 miles on these tires. In defense of Nokian, the first winter was extremely warm here in Michigan with daily highs often in the 50 degree F range, which undoubtedly shortened their life somewhat.
End of story; expect 20 to 30,000 miles out of a set of Nokian Hakkapellitta Q's, dependent on temperature.
