Blue smoke is probably turbo seal leaking. Since it is so cold, there is a chance some oil leaked through. The white stuff is condensation cooking off from the exhaust system. The blue smoke could also be from poor PCV system. Do a search for more info. If yours hasn't been replaced, that could be the problem.
