Past problems a guarantee of future problems?

Just asking your opinion: if someone showed you a base 1999 9-5 2.3lpt 5-speed w/ 83,500 miles which had, over the course of its life, the following repairs done... would you avoid it like the plague? Would you consider this an unusually bad maintenance record to the point where you would advise the owner (me - if you hadn't guessed) to cut his losses, get rid of it while it is still running, and seek out a car with a more reliable history??
- Washer Check Valve
- Window Roller
- Ripped Ped Hose (?)
- Crank Seal
- Oil Pump Cover Seal
- C-Pillar cracks in paint
- Oil Pressure Switch
- DI Cassette
- Alternator + Battery
- SID unit
- ACC unit
- Throttle Body - repaired/replaced twice
- Oil Pressure Sensor - repaired/replaced twice
- O2 Sensor - repaired/replaced twice
I have to believe this is an unusually bad repair record for a 9-5. Wondering how long I should stick with it, or if I should bite the bullet and seek out a vehicle (9-5 or otherwise) with a little more rosy history & outlook.
I know I've posted a lot recently about my problems with this car and hope it doesn't discourage any newbies to the forum who may be considering the purchase of a 9-5. Hopefully the regulars on the 9-5 board haven't gotten tired of my concerns. It is a great car and I just seem to the be the owner of a bad apple - every car, every year, and every brand has a few bad apples...
