Congrats. I just made a very similar purchase. I also get the GM supplier discount which made the Saab an even more attractive purchase, especially when the dealer would come down on the price further to move inventory. I was originally looking at the 9-3 and but was going to have to wait for my color and a 5sp aero. I also waddled around the lot and found a 9-5 arc spd Steel Gray and just fell in love. Especially after driving it. Plus I have a back seat that more than an 8 year old can fit in comfortably.
That 4500k back was really the icing on the cake.
What color did you get?
Do you plan to do any upgrades right away.
I'm currently thinking through a stereo upgrade. I have the a3 system or presitge , whatever, it is very anemic. Thinking about a infinity kappa 32.s per another posters suggestions or maybe boston acoustics on the dash. Also thinking about a powered sub, but part of me wants to tear it all out an put in a blaupunkt san francisco and start over.
Also looking into 17 or 18 inch wheels from MB Italia because they have a nice grey matte color which doesn't clash so much with the steel gray.
Suspension upgrade on the arc might be necesary as well.
How are you liking your ride so far?
Happy driving!
