Torque values for pulley replacement?

I have three new pulleys on order (tensioner, small idler, large idler) and will be replacing them next weekend if all goes well. I have scoured my WIS but can't find any reference to proper torque values to use when installing the new pulleys. I can barely find reference to the pulleys at all!!
Does anyone know how tight the bolts should be when reinstalling them?
Thanks.
