As others have mentioned, the seat heater bulbs are not to bad. Pop the switch and replace them. There are two bulbs for each switch. One bulb is for the bar on the switch wheel and the other is for the rest of the switch. I would replace them both.
The speedo is a little more difficult. You will have to remove the front of the dash. You don't have to pull the steering wheel but the panel comes out a whole lot easier if you do. I pull the steering column cover and the T/S and wiper switches. This will give you access to the instrument cluster. Once you have that out, you will have to disassemble the cluster to get to the bulbs. The pre-processor is mounted under the back cover over the bulbs. The ribbon cables that connect the pre-processor to the cluster unit are released by lifting the connector tab and pulling the cable away. The connector stays on the board.
There are 3 speedo bulbs and they are labeled. The originals are 1.4 watt. The replacements are 1.2 watt. I always do all 3. The wattage difference is not noticable to me from the other bulbs.
Good Luck,
