found in between the two cylinder banks (in the valley).
It's quite a bit of labor to remove and reseal, and they have gone bad before (especially on the NG900 with V6).
The price tag though on a new cooler makes it a tough decision. At $469.00 retail, it's nothing that you just throw in there while at it.
I haven't really heard to many stories about the oil cooler going bad in the 9-5 V6 so I can't advice for or against replacing it.
Is $469.00 worth the peace of mind you are asking for?
