My assessment was to get the 2004 arc, same styling as the 03 Aero. 16" rims look good, no curb rash potential. Could easily get some 03 17" Aero rims, my dealer has too many rims in stock. Heated rear seat still available, just now an option as part of a package (in Canada). Got the fully loaded model, vented seats, etc. Still about CAD5,000 cheaper than the O4 aero. I could not see any difference in the 03/04 interiors. All I miss out on is the stiffer suspension and the front/rear facias, on star (which remains an option) and the new style wheels. With savings, I did the BSR PPC, and have more power than the aero, for less than a $1,000 increment. I did not like the stiffer aero ride on choppy pavement, but even still I would have the fun of a suspension upgrade, and maybe add some big brakes, and still be ahead of the factory aero, as long as I did not want the facia treatment.
I was very pickey in my choices, price was never really the main point, I just think my overall purchase worked for my needs, and happened to be cheaper.
