subject on this board, but here is what I use.
Summer Tires - Toyo Proxes FZ4's, only $100 each for a V-rated tire installed. Bought them last spring and they appear to have good tread life. I have been satisfied with their performance abilities in both dry and wet conditions. Another good point is they do an OK job in snow if you get surprised by an early Fall or late Spring snowfall.
Winter - I bought a set of Nokian Hakka Q's and ran them for three winters, I should have used them for only 2 or 2-1/2 winters. They were great while they lasted. Just replaced them with Semperit "Sport Grips" a week ago (end of season pricing, $52 for an H-rated winter tire!). I will know more about these mid-way through next winter but they are advertised and discussed as a direct competitor to the Nokian WR all-weather tires (an excellent choice).
Wheels - With an Aero you will nedd 16-inch wheels minimum for your snow tires. I suggest you watch e-Bay and on-line used car wheel sites for 16-inch Saab alloy wheels. I don't think anyone sells or makes a 16-inch steel wheel for the 9-5.
Cup Holder - You are sort of out of luck. Check "State of Nines" one of the site sponsors, they offer a cupholder/storage bin which affixes to the passenger side tunnel. I believe there are Saab after-market cupholders which adhere to the door panel (C900 originally?) which will also work. Try all the site sponsors, particularly Taliaferro as well as State of Nines.
Enjoy your new car!
