Bolts for wagon cargo tracks

We just took delivery of an '01 9-5 wagon and now I need to install a lift for an electric 3-wheel scooter. The cargotrack on the left side will make a great mounting surface for part of the lift but I need to find bolts or studs that can lock into the cargotrack. I know the aviation industry uses these fittings but don't know where to find them. Anyone have any thoughts on suppliers?
thanks.
