They didn't warp, you have cementite on the rotors. Essentially, brake pad material transfers onto the rotor in a random fashion and excessive heat (friction)hardens it to the rotor. This usually occurs when the pads are not correctly beded-in. You can feel a difference of .001" on the brake pedal. More than that and you feel that there is warpage.
