Well, first I'd lighten up on the caffine a bit ;-)
The thing making the noise is the turn signal relay. It is mounted in the relay panel in the side of the dash (there's a little door there). You could simply replace the relay with one that is quieter (these are very generic relays and almost any standard relay would fit there), wrap the relay in a layer of duct tape to muffle the noise, or disassemble the relay and unwire the little click click device (usually a tiny speaker).
