I bought my '99 9-5 from them in April '02. They buy cars coming off leases in Chicago, then truck them back to MN and go over them completely. Mine was "Andrews Certified" meaning that they replaced all fluids, replaced bent wheels, did a complete tuneup, etc., etc. It is really a fine service. I flew to O'Hare and met Chuck and his wife outside the airport. The car was clean and ready to go.
The only caveat is that the extended warranty they offer is not worth the paper it is written on. The throttle body failed a few months after I bought the car, and I figured "ok, at least I have a warranty". But the warranty company would not cover the repair. They said it was an "emissions part" and not covered. Arggggggg!!!
Chuck is great to work with. The transaction was very simple and straightforward with no surprises.
The car now has 99K miles on it and is running great.
