HELP!!! ...with pulley replacement

I bought three replacement pulleys from http://www.thesaabsite.com for my 2000lpt.

1) Got the Top idler pullley off without any problem. The replacement pulley is the wrong style and won't fit! To Saabsite - "C'mon guys, I am at least the second person from this board to encounter this same problem with pulleys bought from you." My 2000 requires the pulley with the deep inset to fit the conical washer, maybe the problem is Saab using early '99 pulleys on a few later engines, but either way, the new one wouldn't fit. Old one is back on and it had a slight noise when I spun it on my finger.

2) No room to remove the idler pulley from the tensioner assembly. My solution was to remove the tensioner assembly and swap pulleys on the bench. The W.I.S. gives no instructions on removing it, so it must be simple, right? Wrong! I removed the two upper bolts and the one lower bolt I could feel, tensioner was definitely loose but I could not remove it from engine. How does this come off? Please advise, thanks.

3) After the above fiascos I was reluctant to do much with the center pulley. Loosened it, got it nearly off, but chickened out and re-tightened it before removal.

Obviously I will be attempting this again in a week or less. Advice is sorely needed (as is correct part!).
