It's not just a matter of swapping out a relay b/c there is a different harness. There are other ways, but what I did was wire the "Xenon Lamp Motor" (that lifts the shutter to make the low beam Xenon a "high beam") to the high beam filaments. I also cut a wire somewhere that prevents the one motor drive from powering both halogen filaments in the rare event that a high-beam fuse blows. "Flash to Pass" is preserved. There's not a cop in the land who knows that it's not supposed to work on all 4 filaments, only the FMVSS beaurocrats, you and I.
If someone has the electrical diagram, the above description is sufficient.
The halogen high beam is a very narrow pencil beam, which perfectly complements the extremely bright but widely spread Xenon. The pencil beam cuts waaayyyy down the road while the Xenon illuminates everthing to the sides, above, and on the road close by.
