I bought my pulleys from the saabsite, got all plastic/phenolic ones, but none came in Saab bags.

I removed the entire tensioner (a single bolt dead center on tensioner body requiring a 8mm allen wrench to remove) and swapped out the pulley (tried to at least) on the bench. There wasn't enough room between the "frame rail" and pulley to insert the needed 6mm allen wrench in the pulley bolt.

I followed the recommendation of Wray when installing the difficult center pulley. It still took 30 minutes or so to line-up the bolt with the hole in the engine boss since you are working nearly blind when doing this, but 30 minutes is much beter than the hours others have required. I used two criss-crossed pieces of duct tape to secure the bolt and outer washer to the pulley body. Just remember to wrap the duct tape only 1/2 way onto the outer hubs, and not all the way over the hubs. You will need needle nose pliers to reach in and pull the tape off the pulley. Leaving yourself a loose pull point for the pliers (double over a tape edge) on each piece is a good idea.
