I have the EBC Sport grooved rotors and Green Stuff pads on the front of both my '99 9-5 WGN and '01 9-3.
Before the EBC rotors were available I had cross drilled rotors from Zimmerman, but they warped after 25k - which still beats the worn out at 22K the OEM rotors did. I have Zimmerman cross drilled on the rear of the wagon, and OEM rotors on the 9-3 still. I think you can get the EBC pads for the rear now also - I will get those when my rear pads need replaced.
The EBC Rotor/Pad combo stops noticably better, last much longer, and considerably less break dust. The only disadvantage is noise - there is a distinctly different sound created by slotted/drilled rotors - but you will get used to it.
Rotors should run around $150 think the pads were $90. EEuroparts, Taliaferro, or Tire Rack should be able to set you up.
