and if you find yourself a spare, it's only a $300 repair, so long as you can 9 (for example) change the laser cartridge on your printer. Torx screwdriver is the only tool needed. Europarts for the cassette (you say it's red, that should mean you are back a few years, if it's on a new 9-5 it should be black). You might want to search this board to see what the year change was, as there have been a few posts about mechanics using the old red one when the black one was required. Or just post your year with the question, someone will just know. Don't use the wrong one.
