Recommendations for Koni Sport adjustment please

I've ordered front and rear Koni Sport shocks I plan to mount on my '99 9-5 SE. After reading all a lot of past posts here and talking to a tuner I decided to go with these shocks and stock springs.
In my case, I want a responsive, firm, controlled, yet comfortable ride so the adjustability of the Koni's made a lot of sense to me. However, the shocks have to be removed in order to adjust them so I'd like to choose the right setting without having to later disassemble. Koni warns against using the firmest settings on these shocks and advise using the softest, or next to softest setting.
I believe there are 5 settings. I'd like to hear from some of you that have these shocks on a 9-5.
Which setting do you recommend?
